A design inspired by the tranquility and peacefulness of the Japanese Zen Garden, this confection boast a flavour some Hojicha sponge cake, sandwiching layers of rich and earthy Hojicha Ganache and a fluffy milk chocolate mousse for that extra touch of flavour: During this 4-hours class, you will learn: - How to make a Hojicha chiffon cake. - Key features of a stiff meringue to ensure maximum fluff in your chiffon. - How to make a speedy Hojicha ganache. - Things to take note when whipping the Ganache to ensure optimal stability. - How to create a light milk chocolate mousse. - How to torte, fill, and frost a cake How to make a microwave sponge for decoration. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
