A showcase of class and elegance, a display of classic techniques and piping dexterity, an awe-inspiring figure amongst the snowy plains. During this 4.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Bake a cinnamon cake. - Cook an apple marmalade. - Create a white and smooth buttercream. - Torte, fill and frost a cake. - Classic piping techniques - Create a vintage-esque design - Make fondant appliqué (demo) - Apply silver dust. Students will prepare all the components individually. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
