Delight (and fool 🤭) your friends and family this Lunar New Year with these squishy marshmallows! They are packed with flavour from fresh pineapples, mandarin oranges and yuzu. Menu: - pineapple marshmallows made into the shape of pineapple tarts. - orange marshmallows filled with orange yuzu filling, shaped like real oranges. During this 4-hours class, you will learn how to: - The basics of marshmallows and how to create different consistencies for different marshmallow features. - Flavouring marshmallow batter with fresh pineapples and oranges. - Make mandarin orange yuzu filling - Piping and shaping techniques to create realistic looking oranges and plushie-lookalike pineapple tarts. At least 2 oranges and 8 pineapple tarts. More if participants are patient enough to decorate more the oranges. Group Size: 8 participants Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
