Learn how to create these adorable but yummy and refreshing pastries that will delight both young and old. During this 4-hours class, you will learn: - Choux au craquelin with toasted almond slices for bunny hat ears. - Lychee rose diplomat cream. - Strawberry raspberry jam. - Lychee rose agar jelly. - How to shape filling and decorate to create cute bunny and elephant.
