During this 5hours class, you will learn: - How to bake a lemon blueberry cake (demo). - How to cook blueberry jam. - How to make lemon curd. - How to make cream cheese icing. - How to make Swiss meringue buttercream. - How to fill, frost and decorate a cake. - How to pipe drapes and tassels. - How to create fondant ruffles and a ruffle pomander. - How to stack a 2 tier cake, create a stable structure. Per booking entitles to 2pax to bake 1 cake. Compulsory for adult to accompany children under age of 16. Minimum age to join class: 13 years old.
