This Christmas bear marshmallow delight will change your opinion about marshmallows! Not only is it cute, fun and squishy, the flavour combination of cinnamon coffee vanilla marshmallow with a rich chocolate hazelnut cake is delightful! Decaffeinated coffee is used so it's kid-friendly. Come and learn the techniques needed to create this dessert that's a great Christmas gift as well! During this 5.5-hours class, you will learn how to: - Prepare square chocolate hazelnut cakepop (demo) - Prepare different consistencies of marshmallow preparation for different applications (mix of demo & hands-on due to time constraints) - Encase a square cakepop as marshmallow filling - How to make and assemble marshmallow ribbon on the present - How to pipe and decorate 3D marshmallow Christmas bear Student will bring back min. 3 plus extras from leftover batter. *Participants can have access to our Private Christmas Bear with present marshmallow Facebook group, which will include our class materials, i.e., the recipes, templates, and videos.
