Join us for a fun and festive class where you’ll learn to create a stunning Christmas tree made entirely of delicate choux puffs! You’ll master the art of making perfectly crisp choux pastry, filling each puff with luscious cream, and assembling them into a beautiful, edible tree. Decorate your creation with holiday-inspired toppings, for an eye-catching holiday centerpiece that’s as delicious as it is delightful! During this 4.5-hour class, you will learn how to: - Make even choux puffs. - Make craquelin top for the even round choux. - Make an biscoff whipped cream filling. - Decorate the choux into a tree shape. - Assemble the choux tree centerpiece. Students will prepare all the components individually. Each student will be bringing back 1x Choux Christmas tree. Minimum age to join class: 16 years old
